To Make It:

In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.

Heat the water in the microwave until it’s just slightly warmer than your body temperature. (If it’s too hot for you to touch, then it’s too hot to use.)

Pour the water into the bowl of flour. Stir until everything is combined.

Cover the bowl and set in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Gently stir the dough again. Set aside for another 30 minutes.

Have an adult preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius.) Grease a bread pan with cooking spray before placing the dough in the pan.

Cover the pan with plastic wrap. Let rise for 10 minutes.
